On the afternoon of November 23rd, Mrs. Chang, the manager of the quality department, took the lead in presiding over a crucial meeting. This gathering focused on summarizing and exchanging external quality complaints that had occurred since 2023, and delving into in - depth study and discussion regarding the control of abnormal quality in special products.


The training was structured into two distinct parts. In the first part, the Quality Department meticulously summarized all the quality complaints that emerged in 2023. They not only provided a detailed account of each complaint but also comprehensively evaluated the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive measures previously implemented for these quality - related issues. This evaluation was based on factors such as whether the recurrence of similar complaints had been reduced, and if the overall quality of the products in question had improved.


In the second part, the Quality Department zeroed in on the recent abnormal quality issues of special products. They carried out in - depth analysis and discussions on products like high - purity silica gel, brown silica gel, color silica gel, liquid sodium silicate, and micro - bead alumina silica gel. During this process, they actively communicated and shared the root causes of abnormal index fluctuations. For instance, they might have found that certain raw materials' inconsistent quality led to the instability of product indexes, or that specific production process parameters were not accurately controlled. Alongside this, they also elaborated on the corrective and preventive measures for these products.


Through this training, employees across the board gained a more profound understanding. Moreover, they clearly defined the indicator control requirements of special customers, which is crucial for meeting the diverse needs of the market. In addition, they established clear corrective and preventive measures to be taken when abnormal quality fluctuations occur. As a result, the training significantly enhanced everyone's theoretical knowledge, refined their quality control skills, and effectively mitigated potential quality risks. This will undoubtedly contribute to the overall improvement of product quality and the company's long - term development.
